On-campus Housing - Suggested Lodging

Congress attendees are encouraged to take advantage of affordable and convenient dormitory housing within a 5-10 minute walk of the conference venue. Participants choosing dorm housing on the registration form will be housed in air conditioned single occupancy rooms with shared or hall bathrooms. Rooms include a bed, desk, dresser and linens. Sheets, a towel, a pillow and a blanket will be provided at the beginning of your stay and free laundry is available in the building. Toiletries are not provided.  Free WIFI is included while on campus by connecting to PU Visitor.  Keys and meal plan passes can be picked up at the conference registration table or at the campus security office after 5PM.  A meal plan covering breakfast and dinner in the dining hall (with the exception of dinner on banquet night) is included with all housing registrations for a total of $440.00.

**Dorm housing is available from 12:00pm on 7/31 to 5:00pm on 8/5. The cost cannot be prorated for shorter stays.

The historic Nassau Inn is also within walking distance of the conference venue (~10 minute walk).  Click here for a list of all the hotels near the university. Those choosing to stay in hotels can try mentioning they would like a discounted Princeton University rate (although some including the Nassau Inn may not actually honor this), and must arrange their own transportation to and from the conference venue. Attendees can park for free on campus, but must indicate they need a parking pass on the conference registration form.  Parking passes can be picked up at the registration table or from campus security if it is after 5PM ET.

Congress registration includes lunch each day (August 1-5) and snacks/drinks during all AM and PM snack breaks, poster sessions, and the networking event on August 1st.  All Congress participants  can purchase a meal plan for the nearby dining hall that includes breakfast each day (August 1-5) and dinner with the exception of the banquet dinner night.  This meal plan alone is an available option on the registration form for $114 and it is included with registration for on-campus dorm housing.  Tickets to the Congress banquet dinner on August 4th are not included in registration and can be purchased separately on the registration form.
